This application is not to be mistaken as a paint nor a new roofing system, but rather a maintenance item which will extend the useful life of the roofing system for typically an additional 3 – 10 years.

Aluminum:

Primarily designed as a reflective top-coat application for various roof substrates.

Coating:

A rubberized application for all substrates designed to add years of waterproofing qualities to an existing roof system.

Resaturant:

Designed to penetrate worn asphalt roofs. Revitalizes old asphalt by restoring lost oils due to weathering.
